Wheat is a food item that can be eaten by the player.
Obtaining[]
Wheat cannot be found naturally. In order to obtain them the player needs to add a bag of 
Wheat seeds to a 
Food Grower, 
T2 Food Grower or 
Outdoor Farm.
Once planted, they will need time to grow. The growth rate and percentage is indicated on the food grower.
Usage[]
To eat wheat, select them on the inventory and right click. Eating one restores 35 health.
