Planet Crafter is a space survival open-world terraforming crafting game, designed for 1 to 10 players. Players alter the ecosystem of an inhospitable planet to render it habitable for humanity. Survive, gather resources, and build your base. Then, generate Oxygen, Heat, and Pressure to create a brand new biosphere.
Gameplay[]
Terraforming or terraformation is the hypothetical process of deliberately modifying the atmosphere, temperature, surface topography or ecology of a planet, moon, or other body to be similar to the environment of Earth to make it habitable by Earth-like life.
The player's ultimate goal is to increase the Terraformation Index score and accomplish the various intermediary stages of planetary development. This is done by building Machines that increase primary statistics of oxygen, heat, pressure, and later biomass in the form of plants, insects and eventually animals. The primary tech tree unlocks as the Terraformation Index increases. Other tech items can be unlocked in each category according to their statistic, so players must balance their activities to gain access to all items.
In order to build and run terraformation machines, generators must be built for power. Power generators can be built anywhere on the map and will count toward the total available power on the planet. Each machine that is built will add an additional amount of power requirement for the planet. If power requirements exceed the available power, everything stops working until power production is increased once again beyond the current power requirements.

Story[]
You are a convict imprisoned for an unknown crime and have been assigned to this planet by Sentinel Corp to create an earth like environment in order to have the charges against you dropped. To do this, you must create items using the various minerals on the planet. The basic minerals are cobalt, ice, iron, magnesium, silicon, and titanium. Using these will allow you access other minerals such as aluminum, iridium, uranium, osmium, zeolite, super alloy and sulfur. In the process of developing a biosphere on the planet you will also need to find seeds, and later on insect larvae and fish eggs once the planet is sufficiently covered in plant life.
