Oxygen is one of the four categories used to increase the Terraformation Index. It is produced by various different buildings.

Units

Oxygen is measured using parts-per notation. This notation is somewhat counter-intuitive in that a larger suffix implies a lesser quantity of oxygen. Keep this in mind when checking your oxygen levels.

Trivia

The oxygen content of Earth's atmosphere is 21%, or 209.5 parts-per-thousand. It was confirmed that atmosphere could exceed Earth oxygen level. It is also confirmed that the game could exceed 1000 parts-per-thousand. Note: There is no abbreviation and the Terraformation Chart only writes up to Parts-Per-Million (ppm).

Unlike Heat and Pressure, it is credible that the planet actually started with absolutely no Oxygen and that the scale is being used literally.
