Blueprints
Description	Both categories of blueprints. Normally shown on two seperate pages.

Blueprints are unlockable machines, equipment, and structures intended to help the player progress further in the game. New blueprints can be unlocked by increasing the planet's total oxygen, heat, pressure, biomass, and Terraformation Index, as well as via blueprint microchips.

These can be viewed on the Screen - Blueprints and in the Biodome after it is built. All biomass categories will only be viable once you have generated some biomass and built a biodome.

Blueprint Microchip Blueprints

These are unlocked in tiers using microchips. The order is random, but everything in the current tier has to be unlocked, before advancing to the next.

It is currently possible to find more microchips than there are unlocks, it is advised to save them somewhere for future game updates. The special microchips without any tier are found in procedural wrecks and unlock a certain item each.
